Free estimates for inquiries

If you have any inquiries about airfares, tour specifics, or accommodations, please reach out to us via phone, email, or by visiting our store. Even if you haven’t finalized the details, we can create a customized plan that reflects your travel preferences using keywords like “relaxation,” “adventure,” “education,” “gourmet cuisine,” and “shopping.” We are here to assist you promptly and courteously in crafting a plan that fits your needs and budget. Remember, this initial consultation is free, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!

Reservations & Applications

Once you’ve finalized your travel dates and plans, please reach out to us to make your reservation. We will promptly check the availability of your flights and hotel accommodations and get back to you. For certain package tours, the specific hotel name may not be available until we send you the itinerary; however, we will provide you with the flight number and hotel details at this stage. After receiving your application, we will send you the necessary documents for your booking, so please review the plan details, spelling of names, amounts, and other information carefully. Once everything is confirmed, you can send the completed documents via email, fax, or mail.

Payment

Please transfer the travel fee to the designated bank account by the due date specified on your invoice. We also kindly request that those purchasing overseas travel insurance complete their payment. While we typically prefer bank transfers, feel free to contact us if you’d like to pay by credit card.

Payment deadline: For travel outside peak seasons: Full payment is required 30 days before departure.
For travel during peak seasons (New Year’s holidays, Golden Week, July 20 – August 31): Full payment is required 45 days before departure.

Please note that if you make a reservation less than one month before your departure date, or if you are booking a resort in the Maldives where a cancellation fee has already been incurred, we may need to arrange your booking after you have transferred the travel fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Sending the Final Schedule

We will provide you with your final itinerary, e-tickets, and other important documents between 14 and 5 days prior to your departure. Upon receiving the final guide, please take a moment to verify the spelling of your name and the details of your itinerary. Since each traveler has a unique schedule, at Avenir Holidays, we meticulously craft the final guide to ensure you have a memorable experience at your destination. Departure

Ensure that you have everything packed and ready by the day before your trip. On travel day, allow yourself ample time to leave home to avoid being late for the meeting time specified in your final itinerary.
For tours in Sri Lanka, we will send you the names and mobile numbers of your guide and driver who will be picking you up at the local airport just before your departure. While we have never encountered issues with meeting our travelers at the airport, we provide this information for your peace of mind.
