This Ayurvedic resort, established in 1982, caters to international guests. Beyond treatments, it incorporates meditation, yoga, and exercise, which are integral to Ayurvedic practices, along with meals crafted from over 400 types of organic vegetables and herbs grown in nearby gardens. As part of the regimen, guests drink tea made from more than 20 medicinal herbs at 6 am and 6 pm. It offers a week dedicated to building healthy lifestyle habits.
