After exploring the five World Heritage Sites, you can spend the second half of your trip unwinding and rejuvenating with authentic Ayurvedic treatments in the peaceful surroundings on the outskirts of Kandy. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some shopping during your stay.

| World Heritage Highlights
Anuradhapura
Anuradhapura is the oldest capital of Sri Lanka. Must-sees include the symbolic tower “Ruwanweli Saya” and Sri Maha Bodhi, which means “the holy true Bodhi tree”. Polonnaruwa If you visit Polonnaruwa, which was the ancient capital of Sri Lanka for a long time, you should definitely see the Buddha statues. The ruins of Polonnaruwa have a huge Buddha statue in a reclining pose, which is rare in the world. In addition to the usual seated Buddha statues, there are also standing Buddha statues. Sigiriya RockThe huge Sigiriya Rock in Sri Lanka, which is said to be modeled after a lion, still retains traces of Sri Lankan life at that time and murals in various places. Dambulla Cave TempleThe largest cave temple in Sri Lanka, Dambulla Cave Temple. The golden Buddha statue shining in the shade of a natural rock is one of the most mysterious spaces in Sri Lanka. KandyThe temple in Kandy, the ancient capital of Sri Lanka, houses the tooth of Buddha. You can also see the illustrated stories that were painstakingly transported from India to Kandy, Sri Lanka! Also, on the night of the Perahara festival, elephants dressed in gorgeous costumes walk through the streets of Kandy.
| Ayurveda
For the second half of your Ayurveda experience trip, relax at an Ayurveda resort in a quiet environment on the outskirts of Kandy to soothe your fatigue . You can receive authentic treatments at either the popular Amaya Hills or Tree of Life. Please choose your preferred treatment course on site. (Please note that treatment may not be possible depending on your physical condition or doctor’s diagnosis on the day. Ayurveda fees will be paid directly on site.) You can also extend your stay at an Ayurveda hotel.

(Travel) Sigiriya → Polonnaruwa [Approximately 1.5 hours] ★World Heritage Site Polonnaruwa Sightseeing Enjoy a tour of the World Heritage Site Polonnaruwa Ruins, which boasts one of the largest archaeological sites in Asia, stretching over an area of 4km square. (Travel) Sigiriya → Dambulla [Approximately 45 minutes] ★ Dambulla Sightseeing, World Heritage Site We will guide you to visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a World Heritage Site also known as the Golden Temple. The largest cave temple in Sri Lanka, with five natural caves decorated with vividly colored murals, houses many Buddha statues. (Travel) Dambulla → Matale [Approximately 1.5 hours] ◆ Matale Sightseeing Stop by the Spice Garden, Noritake Factory, and Batik Factory. (Travel) Matale → Kandy [Approximately 1 hour] |

We will also guide you to see the Bawa-built Seema Malakaya Temple and the Parliament Building from the car window. (Travel) Colombo → Colombo Airport [Approximately 1 hour] Arrive at the airport according to your flight (arrive at the airport approximately 3 hours before your flight) 19:15 Depart Colombo on SriLankan Airlines UL454 and fly home. |

| Tour General Information
●About the time required for sightseeing
The estimated sightseeing time is about 1.5 to 3 hours. (This may vary depending on the schedule, location, and weather.) The time can be adjusted, so please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any requests.
●About the pick-up area
The driver will flexibly accommodate stops at supermarkets and rest stops along the travel route, so please feel free to consult us on the day. (If the travel distance exceeds the limit due to a major change in route, etc. (approximately 20 km), an additional fee will be charged locally. Please keep this in mind.)
●About meals
Outside of urban areas such as Colombo and Kandy, there are limited restaurants, and there are often no restaurants within walking distance of hotels and tourist spots. In
our plan, we will basically take you to the hotel buffet for breakfast and dinner, and to a local restaurant along the way for lunch. (Breakfast will be at the hotel the night before.)
Even if the plan does not include meals, we will provide transportation to places where you can eat. (Meals will be paid locally.)
If you have a request for a restaurant, please let us know in advance.
●About drivers/guides
Except for Japanese guides, there will be only one driver, and we cannot accompany you during sightseeing or meals, as you will not be able to leave the private car.
●About programs paid for locally
Train arrangements, Ayurveda, meals at hotels, marine sports, and other special arrangements are basically paid for locally.
●When using trains
We cannot arrange trains alone, so if you would like to arrange trains, we can only do so in conjunction with a package (airline ticket + local arrangements/local arrangements only)

●Please be careful to check that your passport has not expired and that your visa is incomplete.
